While the decor was nice and the location suitable, I simply can’t overlook the loose toilet seat and that my room’s AC unit blew normal air. I thought, reaching out for help, I'd get a complimentary upgrade or maybe a nice gesture for the inconveniences—but alas, nothing. I almost gave this place a good review, but just couldn’t.

The Riad is an enchanting oasis in the heart of Marrakesh, with rooms beautifully decorated in authentic Moroccan style that made our stay feel very special.
The walls are thin, and we could hear conversations from the corridors and breakfast area, which made it challenging to get a good night's sleep.

Staying at Riad Alma Mouassine was a lovely experience overall. The location right in the heart of the Medina made exploring so convenient. I loved having breakfast on the rooftop terrace with a fantastic view of the city. The air conditioning in my room kept me refreshed, which was a blessing in the hot weather. The staff exceeded all expectations. they were warm and genuinely eager to help with everything, including arranging airport transport. The room itself, Suite Nedjma, felt spacious and was nicely decorated. The only downside was some noise from the corridors during the night, which made it tough to get a full night's sleep at times. I do wish the room had a way to block out more sound. However, the beautiful decor and attentive service really made up for it.

Charming, enchanting, cute
I stayed 7 nights in the Suite Nedjma and felt utterly pampered by the very nice team, especially the superb Issam and Slimane. The good dining experience included a traditional tagine dinner that was both generous and bursting with authentic flavors. The attention to detail in the decor and the tranquil spa facilities.
100% recommend 😍❤️

We absolutely loved the peaceful atmosphere of this traditional house, which is a short walk to Djemaa El Fna and the local souks. The attentive staff made us feel completely at home, and our dinner on the rooftop was a true highlight—with incredible views and refreshing mint tea.
My kids wished for a mini fridge in the room to keep drinks cool for our little ones.

The staff were super friendly, always checking in and ready to help. Breakfast was delicious! I loved chilling on the terrace, watching the sunsets. But, yo, a lil noise from the late-night chatter was a bit much sometimes. Overall, it was such a cozy spot.
